For many years I had a low energy commitment to my self improvement, even though I knew it is what I needed to do. I was filled with a sense that I could achieve much more, but it never materialised. I had dreams and ambitions but faltered on taking the actual steps to see them become reality.
I studied self improvement, psychology and philosophy. I was searching for an answer to my chronic procrastination. It took me years to change myself and my perspective. Looking back there are things I could have done differently.
This is my motivation for coaching others; to provide the shortcuts and support I wish I had. In hindsight I can see how a journey that took me ten years could be done in a fraction of the time. Unlocking progress and meaning in the life of others has drawn me to this vocation. As my client you can be sure I’m committed to seeing you succeed.

Who hires a coach?
You are probably someone with a desire for more out of life. You might be someone who feels like a sub-optimal student at University, or perhaps a concerned parent wanting the best for their child, maybe you long to pursue a career change but aren’t sure where to start. There aren’t many of us who feel like they couldn’t improve. Coaching is for anybody with a desire for change and the will to start.
How much does it cost?
Speaking honestly and openly, improvement will require some time, money and energy. That’s usually why we are put off from the discomfort of change. However the commitment starts small; it’s about those first steps. You invest these resources in your greatest asset: yourself.
My fees are £39 for an hour session, which we arrange to suit your lifestyle. The coaching relationship is a collaborative effort that works for you.
How many sessions do I need?
Everyone is on a unique path and your solutions will be as unique as you are. My role as your coach will adapt to what you feel benefits you the most, something you’ll get a feel for after your initial sessions.
As a coach my aim is provide you the space in which you grow your own tools for success, once created you can use those tools for the rest of your life. I hope that the sessions become a valuable tool in themselves, that you can use when you feel like they would benefit you.
Is coaching necessary?
The process of knowing yourself and creating what you want from life can be done without coaching. I believe in everyone’s capacity for change otherwise I couldn’t be a coach! My role is to help you achieve those results faster, more efficiently and directly.
You are purchasing time from someone with knowledge of the human condition, psychology and techniques who can help provide structure and feedback to your personal goals.
